Information on «Login Swiss Post» for employees of Swiss Post
As an employee of Swiss Post, a number of discounts are available to you in connection with “Login Swiss Post”. What's more, you can use your staff vouchers as a means of payment or top up your credit.
To enjoy these benefits, you must first identify yourself as a Swiss Post employee. To do this, you should proceed as follows:
You do not yet have a “Login Swiss Post” account
- Go to the page "What is 'Login Swiss Post'?", click on one of the services and start the registration procedure
- When registering, please note that you must enter your first and last names, as stated on your employee ID. Please also enter your home address.
- Once you have entered your address you will be asked to identify yourself by means of your employee number or AHV (Old Age and Survivors Insurance) number.
Your employee number can be found on the reverse of your employee ID. Retired employees should enter their AHV number here. - Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you will be automatically recognized as a Swiss Post employee for all subsequent logins.
- You can verify that this is the case by checking to see if the entry “Swiss Post employee” appears in the left-hand navigation bar under “My profile”.
You already have a «Login Swiss Post» account and were not asked to identify yourself
If you were not asked to identify yourself as an employee during the conversion process, click on the link below after you have created your «Login Swiss Post» account: Retrospectively identify yourself as a Swiss Post employee.
After logging in you will be asked to enter your employee number or your AHV (Old Age and Survivors Insurance) number. If the system does not recognize you, this means that the personal details entered do not match the particulars currently held by Swiss Post. If this is the case, change your personal details under «My profile» and restart the identification process by clicking the link above again.
Redemption of staff vouchers
You can use your staff vouchers to pay for your orders and top up your credit. To do this, you should proceed as follows:
- Using staff vouchers as a means of payment
- You can use the staff vouchers in "Forwarding order online" and in shops as a means of payment. Create an order or fill the shopping basket. When placing an order in a shop, click on "Login" at the top right to log in.
- Start the payment process, enter one or more staff vouchers in the "Voucher code" field and complete the payment procedure.
- Using staff vouchers to top up your credit
- Log in to Login Swiss Post
- You can log in via any private customer page by clicking on "Login" at the top right.
- Click on "Load account" at the top right of the page.
- Select "Staff vouchers" under "Other options" and enter one or more staff vouchers.
Important: Please note that credits attributable to staff vouchers must be used by the end of the year, otherwise they are forfeited.
