Information on «Login Swiss Post» for employees of Swiss Post
As an employee of Swiss Post, a number of discounts will be available to you in the future in connection with «Login Swiss Post». You will also be able to have your staff vouchers credited to your «Login Swiss Post» account.
However, this requires that you first identify yourself as an employee. You should proceed as follows:
You do not yet have a «Login Swiss Post» account
- If you are already a Member Services or shop customer (PostShop, PhilaShop, extra Boutique), you can register for WebStamp using your existing user ID and your old password. You will then be asked to convert your existing account to a «Login Swiss Post» account.
- If you are not a Member Services or a shop customer, you need to register for one of the following services:
- Swiss Post shops: ( www.post.ch/shopsThe link will open in a new window)
choose conveniently from over 600,000 articles and have your merchandise delivered to your home free of charge. - WebStamp: design your own stamps – with photos, text messages or company logo.
- Forwarding order: enter your change of address or your holiday forwarding order easily and conveniently from home.
- Organizer: your personal online calendar with your own e-mail address and much more.
- Address management: store personal contacts and use them in many different ways in the online services.

- After you have entered your personal details you will be asked to identify yourself by means of your employee number or AHV (Old Age and Survivors Insurance) number. Now follow the instructions on the screen.
- Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you will be automatically recognized from now on as a Swiss Post employee.
- You can tell that this is the case by checking to see if the entry «Swiss Post employee» appears in the navigation links under «My profile».
You already have a «Login Swiss Post» account and were not asked to identify yourself
If you were not asked to identify yourself as an employee during the conversion process, click on the link below after you have created your «Login Swiss Post» account: Retrospectively identify yourself as a Swiss Post employee.
After logging in you will be asked to enter your employee number or your AHV (Old Age and Survivors Insurance) number. If the system does not recognize you, this means that the personal details entered do not match the particulars currently held by Swiss Post. If this is the case, change your personal details under «My profile» and restart the identification process by clicking the link above again.
Redemption of staff vouchers
To redeem staff vouchers, you should proceed as follows:
- Log on to «Login Swiss Post».
You can log on on any private customer page by clicking on «Login» at the top right or by clicking on «Load my balance» in the virtual post office counter in the «Administer my «Login Swiss Post» account» hotspot. - Select «My profile».
- Within «My profile», click on «Load my balance» and select the «Staff vouchers» option under «Other options».
Important: please note that credits attributable to staff vouchers must be used by the end of the year, otherwise they are forfeited.
