How can I load my account balance?

Click on «Load my balance» in the blue box at the top right.

 

What payment options are available?

PostFinance PostCard, PostFinance e-finance, credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS)

In addition, for users registered via «Login Swiss Post»: payment by invoice, online account that can be topped up.

 

Can I use a gift voucher to pay for items?

Yes. If you have a «Login Swiss Post» account, you can pay for items with valid vouchers.

 

Can I use a staff voucher to pay for items?

Yes. If you have a «Login Swiss Post» account and you are registered as a Swiss Post employee, you can pay for items with valid vouchers.

 

Where can I view a summary of my transactions (payments)?

Click on «Load my balance» in the blue box at the top right. After logging on, you can view your transactions under «My profile».
 

Are the data that I enter when paying for items secure?

All data entries are encrypted in accordance with the highest standard of security and cannot be viewed by third parties. Swiss Post does not keep records of the card numbers.

 

What happens to my Member Services account balance?

Your Member Services account balance will be transferred to your «Login Swiss Post» account.

 

Why can I not see my old transaction data (Member Services) any more?

The Member Services balance is transferred to e-payment Swiss Post in a collective posting. This means that old transactions can no longer be viewed. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service by phone on +41 (0)842 88 00 88 or by sending an e-mail to .
