Second delivery

For parcels, Swiss Express "Moon" and registered letters, Swiss Post will make a second delivery attempt on request.

For the receipt of parcels, Swiss Express "Moon" and registered letters, you can request a second delivery in the event of absence. This means that you do not need to take care of the collection at the relevant post office. You receive the shipment at the time you want.
