Poste restante items

If you are travelling or have no fixed delivery address, you can have your letters sent «poste restante» to a post office of your choice. There you can collect your mail for one month.

In addition to the name of the recipient, this mail must always bear the words «Poste restante». If you send letters with proof of delivery to a poste restante address, the name of the recipient must be clearly indicated. This offer does not included box number addresses.

In locations with more than one post office, it is essential to indicate clearly which post office the items should be held at for collection. Otherwise, items will be held at the relevant main post office.

The “poste restante” service is free of charge. Consignments that have not been collected after a month will be returned to the sender. A forwarding order to the poste restante address is subject to a fee.
