Track consignments
Track consignments is the free-of-charge extension of the Standard application. It provides you with even more information on the items you have posted and makes tracking them even faster and more efficient.
In addition to the tracking data from Track consignments Standard, it offers a range of further information and functions. Tracking items becomes child’s play: you can find out what condition your parcel was in when it reached the sorting plant and you can check the recipient’s signature or the delivery address. The practical from-to search enables you to search for items either by mailing date or by item number. And all this just with a few mouse clicks.
The only precondition for access is a valid franking licence. If you already have access to My Post Business, please contact your in-house administrator, who can authorize access for you to this application.
