Social partnership

In its social partnership with the syndicom and transfair trade unions, Swiss Post negotiates a framework for relationships between the company and its employees. The Swiss Post collective employment contract (CEC) forms the basis for a large number of Swiss Post employees. Together with its social partners, Swiss Post constantly strives towards forward-looking solutions in the interests of customers, employees and companies.
