Swiss Post Solutions helps companies to optimize their information processes and key business relationships with partners and customers.

Information management
Incoming documents: Swiss Post Solutions converts incoming physical documents into electronic data so that they can be distributed rapidly and securely to the relevant people within the business and also input into electronic processes.
Outgoing documents: Swiss Post Solutions formats electronic data and handles the production and dispatch of high-volume documents such as invoices, statements, policies and other printed material.
Customer relationship management
Swiss Post Solutions helps businesses and organizations to improve the quality of their customer relations. Solutions range from customer retention programmes and personalized customer dialogue solutions right through to selling products and services online.

Swiss Post Solutions also verifies and issues electronic signatures. Via SuisseID, an electronic ID for use on the Internet, users can verify their identity securely in the case of business transactions, provide legally valid signatures and identify themselves as authorized users of services. Swiss Post’s secure electronic authentication and dispatch solutions form the basis for the Confederation’s plans for implementing eGovernment and eHealth solutions.
