Mailing

You can hand in your items at any post office or at a distribution base (applies only to business customers with their own franking licence). The distribution bases and around 150 post offices also accept PostPac Priority items until 4 p.m. or later.

Handing in PostPac Priority and Bulky goods Priority: (Mon to Fri)

• Drop-off at distribution bases until late afternoon
• At ordinary post offices, PostPac Priority items must be dropped off by 12 noon at the latest
• At selected post offices, PostPac Priority items can be dropped off until 4 p.m.

Bulky Priority goods cannot be dropped off at a post office but only at a distribution base. Alternatively, we can collect them from you.
