Distribution

Depending on your requirements, you can choose between PRIORITY (fast), ECONOMY (low-cost) or Consignment (multiple items sent in a single shipment, with global customs clearance). In many countries, fast and reliable distribution can be arranged via our private partners. In Italy, for example, we use Porta a Porta and in Germany primeMail and Hermes.

Products

• B2C International Mail:
  from 2,000 items per year; ideal way of sending small consignments weighing no more than 2 kg all over the world. You benefit from a very simple customs clearance and returns solution.
• B2C International Professional:
  from 10,000 items per year, we can send your small consignments weighing up to 2 kg at domestic rates and give them the local look of the destination country.
• B2C International Parcel:
  from 400 items per year and country; ideal for goods weighing up to 30 kg; available for all German-speaking countries and most major European countries.

Preparation

Have your dispatch papers, commercial and pro forma invoices, export declarations and declarations of origin professionally prepared and calculate the ideal time window so that you can optimize transport and collection times for your shipment.

Customs/VAT

• Advice on: exemption limits, tax rates, customs duties and import conditions.
• Import, export and transit processing and return customs clearance.

Returns management

Individual solutions for handling your returns quickly and at low cost in compliance with the necessary customs and VAT formalities.

Fulfilment and warehousing

Storage, goods inspection and stock-picking in Italy and Switzerland.
