Conditions for PromoPost Sampling

Things to note

Certain conditions must be met in order to execute your PromoPost order correctly. The most important requirements at a glance:

Mailing preparation

To ensure trouble-free dispatch and correct delivery, items must be packaged in suitable containers and grouped in easily calculated multiples (25, 50, 100 units, etc.). Please place your order at least two weeks in advance using the PromoPost Tool.

You can prepare the items yourself using our PromoPost Tool (handling by customer) or you can ask us to do it for you (handling by Swiss Post).

Minimum order volume

  • CHF 50.00 (excl. VAT) per run

Acceptance points

  • For smaller PromoPost orders: any post office
  • For larger PromoPost orders: all business customer counters or directly at any Swiss Post letter centre
