Conditions for PromoPost with an adhesive note on the letterbox

Things to note

Certain conditions must be met in order to execute your PromoPost order correctly. The most important requirements at a glance:

Mailing design

  • Minimum size 90 x 140 mm
  • Maximum size B4 (353 x 250 mm)
  • Up to 250 g and 20 mm thick
  • Paper weight at least 160 g/m2
  • Square or rectangular with a flat surface
  • Different sizes, weights and shapes are subject to a surcharge for special items

Adhesive note design

  • Width at least 70 mm, maximum 100 mm
  • Height 75 mm
  • Use of residue-free adhesive
  • Supplied in blocks of 25 or 50

Availability

Please contact your customer advisor to reserve your chosen campaign date at least 14 days before the planned delivery day.

Mailing preparation

To ensure trouble-free dispatch and correct delivery, PromoPost items are counted, collected into bundles, and labelled with bundle slips. Every delivery office then receives the exact quantity for distribution to the letterboxes and P.O. boxes in the target area. You can prepare the items yourself using our PromoPost Tool (handling by customer) or you can ask us to do it for you (handling by Swiss Post).

Minimum quantity of PromoPost with an adhesive note on the letterbox

  • 400,000
  • Exceptions may be made in certain language regions on request
  • PromoPost with an adhesive note on the letterbox can only be delivered to letterboxes without a "Stop – No advertising" sticker.

Acceptance points

  • All business customer counters or directly at any Swiss Post letter centre

Liability

Swiss Post accepts no liability for the non-adhesion of the notes to non-metallic letterboxes or in the event of rain, nor for the note being removed or repositioned by unauthorized third parties.
