The solution:
The unaddressed mailing will be produced in advance and kept on standby at the Mülligen letter centre. After Sunday's vote produces a positive outcome, early on Monday morning the customer initiates the dispatch of the mailing. By Tuesday, the thank-you mailing from the railway company is already in the letterboxes of the pre-selected households.
