When sending international correspondence, you can choose the Business Mail PRIORITY option – which offers a faster sending service – or the cheaper alternative, Business Mail ECONOMY. These solutions have been designed specifically with business customers in mind and offer both cost benefits and an easy way of preparing items for mailing. You can rely on an exceptional standard of delivery: Independent studies have shown that our services offer the fastest delivery times compared with other European countries.
If required, you can combine Business Mail services with our additional services for sending mail, such as registered post, return receipts or PRIORITY Plus (with Track & Trace).
Business Mail Professional: Establish a domestic appearance abroad
Business Mail Professional allows you to place a postage paid impression on the mail item that matches those used in the destination country. This gives recipients the impression that you have a presence in their country and demonstrates your commitment to customer proximity. If required, Swiss Post can provide you with a post office box in the destination country, enabling mail items that cannot be delivered to be processed.
Business Mail Bag: Sending large quantities of printed matter to a single recipient
If you need to send books, brochures, catalogues or other printed matter simultaneously to a single recipient, Business Mail Bag is the ideal solution. The service requires you to send 100 or more Business Mail Bags per year. A bag may weigh up to 30 kilograms, except in the cases of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, which impose a 20 kilogram weight limit. (Please note that we cannot assume any responsibility for the accuracy of these specifications.) We supply you packaging material and address labels free of charge. The Business Mail Bag service offers a straightforward and inexpensive way of dealing with customs clearance requirements.
