Thanks to Track & Trace, you can obtain up-to-date information on the delivery status of letters dispatched with the cash on delivery (COD N) or electronic cash on delivery (COD BLN) service. Access to the expanded consignment tracking "Track & Trace Business" is also possible.

Delivery only upon payment of the COD amount. The amount is then credited to the postal account.

The recipient's signature is the formal proof that the item was delivered. The recipient's signature and name can be seen in the expanded item tracking at www.swisspost.ch/mypostbusiness.

In addition to the registered (R) service, the additional services "return receipt (AR)" and "personal delivery (RMP)" are also available.

Registered mail (R) is the only delivery method that includes insurance for COD items in the event of damage, loss or inappropriate delivery – up to a maximum of CHF 500.

COD items can be delivered to recipients at any PickPost point. PickPost is free of charge.
