COD (N) and electronic cash on delivery (BLN)

With the additional cash on delivery (COD) and electronic COD services, goods are paid for in cash at the time of delivery. The maximum collection amount is CHF 10,000. Delivery is not included in the surcharge.

Since payment is made on delivery, you are saved lengthy collection procedures. Delivery is available as required by A Mail, individual B Mail items or registered mail (R).

  • Delivery from Monday to Friday (regardless of delivery method)
  • Delivery only against signature and payment of the full COD amount
  • Amount credited to the postal account specified by the sender free of charge
  • The amount cannot be paid out to the sender in cash
  • Maximum collection amount of CHF 10,000
  • Item can be insured as registered mail (R)
  • Registered mail (R) can be combined with the return receipt (AR) and personal delivery (RMP) services

Documents or goods dispatched with the additional COD or electronic COD service are paid for immediately. This guarantees that you will receive the amount owed to you, thus saving you time-consuming reminders.
