Things to noteCertain conditions must be met to ensure that your letters with proof of delivery provided through personal delivery (RMP) can be processed correctly. The most important requirements at a glance:
Basic conditions
The personal delivery (RMP) additional service can only be used in combination with the registered mail (R), court document (GU) and debt collection document (BU) services. Delivery is only possible to natural individuals of sound mind.

In some countries the personal delivery (RMP) additional service is only possible in combination with return receipt (AR).
Items to be sent abroad must be marked "Personal delivery" / "A remettre en main propre" above the address.
