Information on the Court Document Online service
Important informationAdditional information
The Court Document Online service offers you a range of additional options for simplifying and automating your processes. It is based on the new court documents. However, data is exchanged electronically with Swiss Post via DataTransfer. This ensures that information is communicated to and from Swiss Post without any media discontinuity.
Mail declaration made easy
Create your consignments and transfer a data file to Swiss Post with the consignment data. You can also transfer the data for the Dispatch list Online at the same time. You will then receive the mailing documents you require from Swiss Post. Please print these out and enclose them with the consignments.
Monitoring
Swiss Post will transfer a data file to you every morning, containing all Track & Trace data for your consignments. After successful delivery, the file will also contain access data for the confirmation of receipt for the court documents on My Post Business. You can also obtain the PDF files via the "Track consignments" web service. This solution is generally used for all letter mail with barcodes.
Compatibility
Data can be exchanged via DataTransfer by e-mail, SFTP or the Confederation’s sedex platform. The data files are created in XML format. With the SFTP and e-mail options, csv data can also be supplied (proof of delivery only).
