Swiss Post delivers debt collection documents reliably and promptly.

Debt enforcement offices have to be able to rely on the guaranteed delivery of legal documents such as payment orders and bankruptcy notices.

• Debt collection documents sent within the applicable debt enforcement district
• Legal objections registered
• Delivery certificate provided by Swiss Post
• Duplicate copy of the document returned to the debt enforcement office
• Debt collection document with barcode: delivery tracking (Track & Trace) possible
• Debt collection document with barcode: data exchange using sedex is possible
• Special delivery with up to three attempts at delivery by Swiss-Courier

Delivery of debt collection documents by Swiss Post means that there is no need for delivery by a debt enforcement office clerk.
