| Delivery time | Delivery on the next working day after mailing, with the exception of Saturdays, to domicile addresses (P.O. box deliveries are also carried out on Saturdays, assuming that the P.O. box is emptied regularly on Saturdays.) |

| Liability | Up to CHF 500 in the event of loss or damage to the item or inappropriate delivery. In the event of a delay, only the carriage charge will be reimbursed. |

| Returns | If the item is not accepted by the recipient or the address proves invalid, the sender will be charged the cost of returning the item. The item will be returned at the "registered mail" rate, lowest price level (CHF 5.00). In the case of returns of registered mail (R) with the additional service return receipt (AR), you pay the difference in price between the return and the return receipt surcharge paid. |

| Delivery with directory | If you wish, Swiss Post can provide you with a directory of all the items delivered to you with proof of delivery or barcode on a daily basis. This can be either a physical document or a data file (csv). |
