Conditions for A Mail Plus letters

Certain conditions must be met to ensure that your dispatch orders with A Mail Plus can be processed correctly. The most important requirements at a glance:

Labelling

A Mail items must be clearly labelled with an A (as a sticker or stamp or integrated into the IFS impression or PP postmark).

To enable electronic tracking (Track & Trace) for A Mail Plus letters, items must be given a barcode.

Mailing

You can find mailing forms for A Mail Plus items at any post office. Barcode labels can be ordered online at www.post.ch/mypostbusiness. You can also generate the form and barcode labels yourself on a computer. Your customer advisor will be happy to give you further information.

A Mail letters must be handed in at post offices by the regular counter closing time. If other acceptance closing times apply, this will be indicated at the post offices in question. The opening times and deadlines for accepting mail are decisive for the services offered.
