Making a strong impression on the recipient

Not everything fits the norm. Some letters come in a format or packaging that differs from the one usually used. We are flexible enough to also handle these special items quickly and reliably.

Anything that is out of the ordinary tends to stand out. Letters in special formats and shapes stand out from the regular post and immediately grab the recipient’s attention. Making an item up in a special way, using unconventional wrapping materials for example, also enhances it and makes the recipient curious to know what’s inside.

Creatively designed letters are a good way of reinforcing the impact of the message. For example, when a special offering needs to be suitably presented on an invitation to a customer event or something added to enhance a small 3D gift for the customer.

As we are unable to process special formats, shapes and designs by machine in an optimal manner, we apply a surcharge to special items.

  • There is no surcharge for sorting by postal service area.
  • Sorting by district is charged at CHF 0.10 per item.
  • The surcharge for each additional item is CHF 0.15.
