History

From management to customer-focused service provider

At the time of the old PTT, the properties of Swiss Post and Telecom were managed and built by different construction and property entities. The Head Office had a Structural Engineering and Properties Management department, and various property services existed in the district postal directorates.

The Swiss Post Real Estate unit was established on 1 January 1995. When Swiss Post and Swisscom parted ways at the beginning of 1998, Swiss Post was reorganized as a Group, and Swiss Post Real Estate emerged as a centralized service provider.
