The right place at the right time

Portfolio Management ensures that the real estate strategy of Swiss Post is implemented by the Construction Project Management unit and the subsidiary InfraPost AG (responsible for facility management and facility services). Furthermore, it actively manages long-term value maintenance, optimization and strategic space planning of the property portfolio in order to provide the Group units with optimum and forward-looking support in line with their location-based and spatial needs.
