Given our overriding function of catering for Swiss Post's space and locational needs, most of our customers are internal (Group units and subsidiaries). Acting on behalf of Swiss Post Group, we also manage, control and develop the corporate property stock with the aim of achieving a return on invested capital and creating added value. Boasting a portfolio with over 2,687 buildings (1,180 Swiss Post-owned and 1,507 rented), Swiss Post Real Estate ranks among the biggest players in the Swiss property market. Flexibility is a key strength: We react quickly to customers' needs which alter dynamically in a changing environment.

Our in-house experts provide fast and professional answers to your space and locational needs. They handle portfolio management, oversee construction projects on behalf of the client and offer a complete range of facility management and facility services via the subsidiary InfraPost AG.
