Redevelopment of the Montbrillant Postal Centre

Swiss Post is investing in an upgrade of the Montbrillant Postal Centre, located close to Geneva's Cornavin Station. The unused office space will be leased to the Cantonal Employment Office and the Cantonal Social Insurance Office. This investment will result in an upgrade of the Montbrillant Postal Centre – the second largest building owned by Swiss Post – and enable it to be integrated into Geneva's urban development plan.

New tenants as of summer 2012

Construction work started as planned in the spring of 2010. The structural works have been completed, and the interior fit-out for the tenants has commenced. The new tenants will move in to their new premises in September 2012. In terms of the postal service, the P.O. boxes have been moved to the ground floor, and the new post office will open at the end of September 2011.
