This information is aimed exclusively at Swiss Post business customers with a billing relationship.
General information
On Saturday, 23 December 2023, all parcel consignments will be delivered throughout Switzerland to relieve the burden on Swiss Post.
- However, there is no guaranteed service for PostPac Priority and Economy (in the case of PostPac Priority, delivery on these days is guaranteed only with the “Saturday delivery” (SA) value-added service, including value-added service barcode).
- The delivery time for Swiss-Express “Moon” will be extended from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
- No services for Time slot delivery in the afternoon/evening and SameDay afternoon/evening.
On Saturday, 23 December 2023 and Saturday, 30 December 2023, the regular Saturday acceptance cut-off time applies.
